Picasa Editing Options
Picasa has been my go-to photo editor ever since I started blogging. As a newby, I was delighted to find a way to crop, edit and upload photographs with ease.
With all that said...I was SUPER excited today when I realized they had added so many new editing options ... So ...
Just for Fun
I took one of my photographs and played around a little bit. I quickly learned that the options are almost limitless. . . .Seriously!
My Favorite - Neon
Picasa still doesn't have all the attributes that Picnik has, so I'm looking for another Photo Editor since Picnik is going away.
What's Your Favorite Editor?
I was using Picnik but have been using Picasa now. I have to play with it some to see what all it can do. Thanks for sharing all these options.
ReplyDeleteI have used Picasa since I started blogging and find it very easy to use. From Picasa, I clicked on Picnik to resize photos, make collages for blog headers, and add fun stickers and text. That's the part I will miss when Pickik is gone. I'm hoping they will just transfer those capabilities to Picasa.
ReplyDeleteI really appreciate you showing what Picasa can do because I've been using Picnik and do have to change when it closes. I'm going to go check Picasa out more thoroughly now...thanks! xo wendy
ReplyDeleteCool effects. I haven't played with anything yet - still trying to master exposure and enhancements on Apeture. Just starting to figure out the b & w effects, which I like a lot. Thanks for the examples.
ReplyDeleteI have been using iPiccy and really like it. Lots of different things to play around with and very easy to use. I haven't used any other editor, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but so far I'm happy with it.
ReplyDeleteHi Geneva!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't used Picasa before, but thank you so much for giving us a glimpse on how that works!!! I will have to try it now that Picnik will be gone come next month! :) Those editing options look great! Wishing you a most blessed week!
Hugs,
